We love homemade artisinal bread. Lately I have been most disappointed with our local choices. In fact when I got this last loaf home it was fit for the birds. We'll see........I stuck it in the garden and am watching to see if even they will eat it. In the mean time I'm in the kitchen today making artisinal multi grain boule. We'll see how that goes.

Well, I will look forward to how your bread turned out! It is a total bummer to come with expensive bread and find that it actually resembles more of a brick than bread.
